Who we are

This website is operated by Araazi, a real estate, property development and investment company focused on Pakistan. In this notice, “Araazi”, “we” and “us” refer to Araazi.

Information we collect

When you send an inquiry through our website, we collect the information you choose to provide:

• Your full name and phone or WhatsApp number (required).
• Your email address and city (optional).
• Your inquiry type and message.
• For partnership inquiries: the partnership type (required) and, if you provide them, your organisation name, the city of the property or land, and its approximate area.

We also record, automatically: the date and time you agreed to be contacted and the version of this notice you saw; which page or button you used to reach the form; the address of the website that referred you (without any query parameters); and campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source). We store a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself, to prevent abuse.

We do not ask for identity documents, CNIC numbers, property title documents or payment details through this website. Please do not include them in your message.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Campaign information is held in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, so that it can be attached to your inquiry.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow it up by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To assess partnership and development proposals you send us.
• To keep a record of your inquiry, its status and our notes about it.
• To protect the website, and the people whose details are submitted through it, from spam, automated abuse and misuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. If we want to contact you about anything other than your inquiry, we will ask for your separate permission first.

Why we are allowed to use it

We store your details and contact you about your inquiry because you ask us to and give your consent when you submit the form. Security measures, such as spam protection and rate limiting, are carried out because they are necessary to protect the service and the people who use it.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect contact that took place before you withdrew it.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They process information only on our instructions:

• Website hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), whose network runs this website and processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, in its logs.
• Database hosting: Neon (United States), a managed PostgreSQL service, which stores inquiries in its Singapore region on Amazon Web Services.
• Backups: encrypted daily copies of the database are stored with GitHub, Inc. (United States). Only Araazi holds the key that can decrypt them.
• Email delivery: Resend (United States), which delivers internal notification emails containing your inquiry to Araazi staff.
• Spam protection: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), whose Turnstile service checks that a person, not an automated program, is using the form. Cloudflare processes information about your browser and device for this purpose.
• Email inbox: Google LLC (United States), whose Gmail service hosts the inbox that receives notification emails and messages sent to info@araazi.pk. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to info@araazi.pk to that inbox.

We may also disclose information when the law requires us to, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

International processing

Some of these providers store or process information outside Pakistan, including in the United States. Where we rely on such providers, we use their standard contractual and data-protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for 730 days (about 2 years) after they are received. After that, an automatic hourly clean-up permanently deletes them from our database, together with their notification records. Our database provider keeps a short restore history, so deleted records can remain recoverable there for up to 6 hours.

Two kinds of copies are not deleted automatically: the notification emails in Araazi’s inbox and any spreadsheet (CSV) exports we make to follow up inquiries. Araazi deletes these by hand, sooner when they are no longer needed, so that none is kept longer than 730 days, unless a law requires us to keep a particular record for longer. Every month we delete the copies that are close to that limit, so that each one is gone before it reaches 730 days.

Encrypted backups of the database are deleted automatically after 30 days. If we ever restore a backup, then before the restored data is used we delete from it every inquiry that is past the retention period and re-apply every deletion request made since the backup was taken. To make this possible, we keep only the reference code and date of each inquiry deleted at someone’s request, without the name, phone number or email, for 35 days.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted. Send your request to info@araazi.pk. To protect you, we may need to confirm that the request comes from you, for example by contacting the phone number you gave us.

How we protect it

The website is served over encrypted connections. Inquiries are stored in a database that only authorised Araazi staff and our hosting providers can access. We collect only what we need, store IP addresses only as keyed hashes, limit repeated submissions, and keep sensitive values out of our logs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.

Children

This website is intended for adults. Please do not submit an inquiry if you are under 18.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this notice and its version. Each inquiry records the version of the notice that applied when it was sent.
